The application period for the spring semester (starting in February) begins in August of the previous year and ends in November of the previous year.The application period for the fall semester (starting in September) begins in December of the previous year and ends in March of the year of admission.

BFA is open to students from all over the country and recruits (preparatory) students in grades 9-12.

When registering for the exam, applicants need to pay a registration fee of RMB 300. Apart from this fee, no other fees are required during the registration period.

If you have not passed the BFA selection before, you can choose to reapply for admission and re-take the assessment in the next semester or the next academic year. The previous results will not affect the new application.
